- We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery to metro cities may be faster, while remote areas may take longer.
- Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹6000
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
3. International Shipping
- We also ship internationally. Delivery timelines vary by country, typically 7–15 business days.
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your shipment on our courier partner’s website.
5. Delays & Exceptions
- While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen events like strikes, natural calamities, or courier issues.
- DENION is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.
